The headlight covers are not perfect, but these might be used as templates for Version 2.0 after bodywork. W little heat goes a long way to getting them to fit the contour of the body.
I think the get scratched if you look at them wrong.
Filling the gap that with fortified polyester resin that will be sandwiched between fiberglass mat. I had a 1/16” spacer under the lip to mimic a future seal.
