I was looking through hoosiers catalog and noticed that some of the tire sizes for asphalt sprint cars might work for those running the biggest gulf flares.
I also found that there is other companies that make these asphalt sprint tires like 'American Racer' who I never heard of before.
They are priced around $200 a tire.
I don't know much about these tires or if they can stand up to a road course, but if you ever seen a sprint race, it looks like they can take quite a beating. I would assume they would have different heating and camber properties compared to a tire designed for road racing.
Has anyone tried tires like these?
