The ones I used were very similar.

I also used LEDs for the backup light. Cheap, bright, and long-lasting.

...unless you want to...find a way to put a smog pump on your car.

Everytime I hear/read someone referring to smog pumps on '66 cars I'm always 'thrown' for a moment. I keep forgetting Cali had smog pumps that early.

As I recall (and I'd hafta look it up) the rest of us weren't 'blessed' with those contraptions until '68.
