Bell Crank setup questions

I don't like my current coilover setup and thinking of converting to pushrod/cantilever. I'm focusing on the bell crank setup and running through my options on the bearings and mounting. I'm curious how the SLC is setup to start, and haven't found clear pics/explanation. I know there's an aluminum block on the frame rail, 3/4 shoulder bolt, in single sheer. But on the bell crank itself not sure how its setup....appears to be just radial ball bearing. Any details on this? replacement part etc? Is there one on each side of bell crank or a single bearing straight through? How are they retained? etc.

Aside from the details on the SLC would take any suggestions on a street car setup. Not planning on any Nadella Combination bearings etc. I've seen some people using Spherical bearings which I was leaning towards but then I did recall something like a "rule of thumb" that you want the bearing itself to move 360' to avoid wear. So if you don't have much travel like on a rocker, needle or ball bearings are better because it is traveling over the entire surface of the ball vs 60' of the 360' on a spherical.

Thanks for the help.
