Bought a wannabe GT-40 today

Some of you probably remember this type of car from back in the day... I bought an original Valkyrie this morning around 4am at our local swapmeet and it is a turn key car. The guy sold the car for $600 and I am still thrilled about my little score. I know it's not an original GT-40 but for the price I could not pass it up and damn it still looks exactly like a GT-40. I'll try to add pictures later.

Here is a pic of the car. I also found a really nice surprise under a bunch of junk in the passenger seat... an original pair of Ciebie headlights in immaculate condition and a pair of Marshal running lights also in immaculate condition.

actually that's NOT a Valkarie Looks more like a Sebring or one of the other "wannabees" (the name escapes me now, a friend has one in his garage that he is working on for customer) I will think of it and post it.

Yeah, it looks a little like a T-3/Melson. The light boxes
and fenders are not Valkyrie/Avenger style.

Ah, you are right! I looked at the Kellison website and noticed the difference in the lights too! Thx! Also, does anyone know where I can pick up some replica tail lights and bullet mirrors?

When I ordered these from Branda, they said they had plenty of them in stock (as of Dec 1st) so the website may not be correct.

Great service and the quality of the chrome is excellent.
