Cav ball joints

Does anyone know what CAV used for front thier lower front ball joints on the early cars?

Tim, ditto that, love to know that too. I've tried to PM Ian Clark (CAV Canada representative) such questions here on the forum in the past but never receive any response from him. Hope someone knows!

Do any of you have a picture that could be identified? There used to be some relationship between GTDs and early CAVs so maybe a cross over of parts? Just a thought.

I spoke with Ian and he did not know what other car they might be on but would like to know if we find out.
There are a load of ball joints that look like these but are of a slightly different size.
Moog does not give dimensions to ball joints so I can cross one up. Due to liability problems they don't want one of their ball joints used improperly. My next step is to go open boxes at the local parts depot and match it up.
