It's a pretty good list.
The major upgrade that I'm aware of is improvement to the front and rear uprights. The pre-100 uprights are fine/OK I think for street use and maybe the occasional track day, but not for hard-core use.
I believe the brakes were improved from the Mustang GT brakes on the pre-100 cars to four pot wilwoods/brembos. Frankly, the GT brakes are just fine, there's plenty of brake there with lots of thermal capacity for continuous hard braking....just the four pots look better and are more customary for a high performance car.
