Chassis weight

Just out of curiosity, what dose a RCR GT40 bare chassis weigh ?
and if possible a T70 chassis as well.
just trying to get a comparison, i stripped the WRC chassis and painted it today, but before i painted i pinched the wifes bathroom scales and weighed it, and quite supprised, 83 kg.
so, the possibilities of getting in around 600kg are looking better

The RCR chassis weights approx 300lbs(depending upon model)....but this obviously includes the fuel tanks and panelling(as its a mono)....you sound like you could easy hit your weight goal.....nice job,keep it up.

Thanks for that Fran, both my tanks weigh 6kg each and panelling and floor a guess maybe another 10-15 kg so around the 110 kg mark for completed chassis, quite a bit lighter than the Saker, so far so good.
