I placed an order but they never shipped. Don’t answer their phone nor email. I am having the charges reversed by the bank.

Well, I remember calling/emailing CAV several times about a torque wrench removal device they made to get spinners off and never got a reply---are they still even in business?

Yes. Actually, they sent me an email last Thursday. Theyare shipping the product. I heard nothing for 6 weeks and left multiple voicemails and emails. I wonder if they are family run business. They never responded to inquiries. Strange behavior.
