Era correct Tyres located

If anyone is interested, I may have located era correct tyres for my CAV GT40P-MArk-1B 1969 #1076 copy. Maybe this may save you some time hunting.

Dunlop CR 82
530/1360-15, (25.7 O.D. 13.6 section width (sw), 11.2 tread width (tw) 10-13 rim)
525/1050-15, (25.7 O.D. 10.3 section width (sw), 8 tread width (tw) 7.5-10 rim)

(does anyone know what the correct factory sizes are for my car by the way, just as a QA check here?)

If you search the forum for Avon tires you'll find a few threads about them. Some folks on this forum were responsible for getting the tires made again - they were out of production.

The Gulf cars ran 10" and 14" rims both years. The correct CR82 tyre sizes are 430/1160 front, 530/1500 rear. Still available from Dunlop.
