Gelscoe 1078/R Lightweight

Turkey pan is finished. We had to make new sides because the gelscoe molds were a little of center. And the fiberglass is soooo nice it was easier to make new sides.

Rob: Before I order the Gelscoe turkey pan and throttle linkage, was there something unique about your setup that made the sides of the pan off center or are all Gelscoe units like that?

keep in mind, my engine is a gurney weslake motor. The turkey pan was correct it was the fiberglass mold that was a little off. But as I said the glass work was so nice, it made more sense to make new sides.

Got it. My motor will also be a G-W, so that's why I was asking.
Is your car a tool room car? A buddy of mine had the same issue with a SPF tool room car, so maybe just order the bottom cut our and fabricate new sides like I had to do. I am sure Don has his original templets that he made. I am sure he would make you new sides if needed.
