London Mayor Ken Livingstone has just announced that he wants to the traffic in London to be moving at 20MPH. For those of us who drive in London regularly that's REALLY good news.
I just don't know how he's going to speed it all up to 20MPH though, still, he knows best.
As an aside, I parked in central London yesterday for 2 hous 6 mins. It cost me £15 ($30) that's on top of the £8 congestion charge (you pay the charge...you get congestion...at least that seems to work!)
