I've always been a fan of GT-40's. Knowing full well I'll never own a real one, I am forced to settle for it in 1/12 scale. I recently recieved a 1/12 kit from the model Co. Trumpeter. (loving wife bought it for me for anniversary) It is the black car that won the 66 LeMans. If anyone has some good close up detail photos of this (their) car, especially interrior or engine/exhaust, I'd appreciate it if you could find the time to e-mail me them. It is an unbelievably detailed kit. (it should be for 250 bucks!) Color photos help me with color and textures for the parts.
