I added new vintage photos to my Greenwood Roadway page.

I know this isn't really a GT-40 thing but thought some of you may be interested. I have a webpage on my site that documents an abandoned race track called Greenwood Roadway near Indianola, Iowa. It's interesting to me because is near my home town and the fact that the July 19, 1963 USRRC race was won by Ed Leslie in a king cobra. I got a chance to drive on the track and it really looks like it was a fast and fun one. Last week I got some new and great vintage photographs taken by Bill Swartz that incredible. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see them.

Wow - I love old tracks. I went to school in Ames, didn't know there was a track like that nearby. I always wanted to do a book on all the old and obscure tracks around North America. I would guess there is about a dozen that the average race fan has no idea about. But, I don't write books, so just another idea that won't happen...

Thanks!
