Sure looks like I got a bargain after all. I've hardly put the book down since I got it. My wife's even convinced I got a good deal. Wonders will never cease !!

Hi all
I was told at the Goodwood Revival meeting this year, by a guy selling hard to find auto books that new technology has enabled the publisher to make a second edition print run.
I understand the second edition will be on sale in 2004 and will still cost over £80, I paid £350 for my copy two years ago

Chris, that is the best news in years. I just want to read the book, I am not a rare-book collector. I have enough tied up in my cars. Do you know who's publishing it?

There's another copy just been put on to Ebay with a starting price of £150.00 and a 'Buy It Now' price of £499.00. Sorry, I haven't figured out how to put web links into this post.
