Boy, THAT would be a fun thing to do twice a day, wouldn't it?
My native city, thank God I don't live there anymore. For people who love cars, NYC is perhaps the worst place on Earth. At least in LA the suns shines. And it doesn't flood, until CA falls off the edge of the country.
