Well, curious as it may seem, London has always been the venue chosen by the World's discerning revolutionaries and 'freedom fighters' (yesterday terrorists) since time immemorial, it's kind of a tradition. Nothing to do with being politically correct, it's just a nice chilled place to plan a quick bit of Regicide or, more latterly, genocide, as there don't seem to be a surplus of Kings lying about the place anymore.
