PacaMac
Having made our legal advisor (Ronny C Raygun) aware of your previous posting he has asked us to submit the following for your consideration:
Thanks again for the effort with your design real cold rum
The major issue with this submission is not the fact that April looked over the legal aspects and indeed didn't it get submitted on time but the problems go a lot deeper than that
From the surface your design sure would appeal to many people and indeed it looks the part
However I assume you are guaranteeing that it meets the strict uk /euro approval process and also it can be used from day one.
On investigation in your design there are many areas that need major work for it to be usable. Also it is way short of what is required here legally and then the fact that the general drawing had been rushed
If we were to take it and rehash it to meet the above it would be only right to re-brand it as ours as it would be way different to yours and a misleading situation to other unsuspecting users
I appreciate that some customers/investors will enjoy the product testing and some don't even care whether they get to use the logo but as long as they are aware from the off then it's not an issue to them.
The uk and myself have very high standards of safety and not sure the sharp edges of your design could be ever legalised
With regards
