KVA in Cinci (Dean Noble)

MKIII definitely.....curious, it has British registration plates (the old kit car/import format).

Ah! The memories, remember when Fran, looks exactly as it did four years ago (without the "Gulf" door emblems). Doesnt look like anyones done anything at all to it in that time.

KVA MK III, Chassis #010, V6 Essex, 901 Trans w/ a tail shifter linkage, modified rear frame work to carry late model T-bird uprights and brakes (ala Mr. Hall, the early years), Cortina front subrame.

Body and paint were very decent, everything in its place, needed a good deal of sorting, would make a teriffic project for someone on a budget, and with lots of time. Pretty rare these days especially here in the States. I mean how many MK III's are you going to run into. (none, perhaps) put a MK I rear clip on it and sell it next year at B-J as a 1 of 1. :-)

Any idea what this might go for? Chris, overall do you think this is a good deal? as you said a good project car. You seem to know this car.

Paul,

Chris,
How times change.
If the car is cheap enough it would be an OK place to start a project...It still requires lots of fabrication/attention to turn it into something more special.

ChrisK and I know that car well....I brought it over from the UK and added the Tbird rear uprights, Chris then purchased it from me and sold it on when he acquired his very nice GTD....

Again...if you have good fab. capability it may well be a bargain....but it is not a novice package if someone is looking for a higher end replica.

Its appears that its for sale through the SPF dealer in Ohio.....give Dean Rosen a call.

Fran, since you are more than familiar with the car....I couldn't help but notice the gaps, they seem pretty generous, are those easy to narrow or will it require some mods to the mount/hinge? I thought that was Dynamic's # and was going to call. It appears that it is at a home instead of their shop. There is a Matt that works there, it may be his. But I wanted the opinion of someone that wasn't selling it as far as the gaps on the front and tail pieces.

I did not build the car...I imported it already built.

Anything is possible given time and determination not to mention money....again its not a novice project.....

I'm no novice, but since you have seen it and have some hands on with it, what are some of the issues that you noticed. I am not trying to get any "bashing" going, just an informed oponion of someone that has seen it first hand.
