Hi, was at the race, parked up in my motorhome on the Beausejour campsite which is next to the Porsche curves. Watched the race from various places around the track but I think anyone watching on tv saw more of the action than I did. This year there were support races for Mustangs, Porsche’s and Road to LeMans cars, all rather tame . 330,000 people attended so everywhere was crowded. Friday pit walk crowds were 7/8 deep trying to look into the garages so a ladder or a periscope would have been handy. The cars run to a set pace only changing positions when something goes wrong. Being mid summer it was hot and I’m no spring chicken now so I think it’s my last visit.
