Lost Money

10 month's ago I bought a item Via internet /not E-bay and gave a $1500.00 deposit on a credit card. It has been too long to stop payment from the credit card. The seller never came through with the item. The seller has a legitimate custom car business, house and assets. So what can I do to re-coupe my investment. ? The owner will not return my calls or reply to my emails. So what can I do to get my money back. I live in a different state. So what can I do? Get a lien on his property? Sew him for my money back Plus cost?. I Don't know. Please help! How do you sew somebody from a different state. Again this is a well know company in the west states that has assets.

Hi John,

Contact your credit card company and file a claim with them for items not delivered. This worked for me last year with a company that would not deliver or return my calls or emails.

Since you've tried the credit card company, tried on your own with no success, talk to your attorney.
