That’s pretty cool. Obviously not in the states. Most, but not all wrecker drivers here don’t have the patience. I have a new Chrysler 300 that was stuck in park.I asked my wife to call AAA as I wasn’t there. . I got there in time to see them dragging it out of a parking spot across the lot and dragging it onto the wrecker. This was a new stretched Chrysler 300. There was a service bulletin out on the shifter that frequently breaks . All under warranty but was less than impressed with the lack of care from the wrecker driver.
This guy in the video actually cares and that retrieval device is something special.

Thanks for posting Ben.

Brian’s right… They’re called “Wrecker” drivers here for a reason. If it’s not already wrecked when they get to you, it soon will be…
I’ve seen them numerous times, just throwing a grappling hook into the under carriage for purchase on anything - including brake lines, body parts, radiator hoses, etc. They just don’t care.

A friend (who coincidentally owned a Land Rover), slide off an icy road and down an embankment. The car was fine, but stuck. By the time the wrecker got it back to the road it was totaled.
