Mikes scratch build

Nice work also on the heater hose nipples bring oriented to pressurize the feed side of the heater core and to provide a reduced pressure on the output side.

I have not thought about that.
Maybe I should rearrange since I'm planning to have an extra pump for the heater, se attached picture.

Double nostril hood panel work is very familiar to me as I did not like the shallow depth of the original..

About your hood panel hinges - will they work with your deeper hood? They look like MK2..

Okay the only way I coould make mine work with the MK2 hinges would be to have the leading edge of the nostril bottom cut way back. As it is now, I have it configured to come very close to the base of the radiator.. I guess I will just use mine as a lift off.
Are you planning on a tilt front clip?

Okay that makes sense!

Are you going to do a tilt clip too or lift off as the originals?

A very good! I made mine a tilt also. Although I still have to remove the hood panel when I tilt it forward.. Not a big deal all in all.

Very nice, I saw that shifter also, and I had thought about that one for my build, if I remember correctly it is a cable type.
Keep posting the photos, you have a very interesting build.
Cheers
