I want to plan some road trips.

Where are any GT40 Mk1 on display?
I know of the one at Rev's Institute in Naples, FL and the one's at the Shelby America Collection in Boulder, CO

Any other places I can photograph them?

To the Safir MK 5 owners, are any of them available for photos?

Next month, the Audrain Concours (Oct 5) will have a Mk 1 class with at least 6 GT40s expected.

There were 10 original Ford GTs at the Shelby museum in Colorado.
