Hi,

I have always liked the Gt40 and think that the Gulf ones are the iconic image of sportscar racing, and have wanted to own one, but being a poorly paid NHS paramedic, a real one is out of my reach. So I following a visit to Tornado sportscars, I have decided to build one of their replicas. I hope to start the build, in ernest, in june.
Are there any get togethers of replica owners, (I think i've seen London Colney metioned), if so would it be ok to come along.

I am sure Allan Feldman will welcome you to their meeting at London Colney. Full details are on the GT40 Enthusiasts Club site under 'Meets'. I am sure there are a couple of regulars there building Tornados. When do you expect to take delivery. Have you built anything before?

Should recieve delivery of the kit at the begining of June.
I've got a Pilgrim Sumo (cobra) that I built, its been on the road since October, so hopefully won't have to many surprises building the tornado.
