Hey Jim, your right he could be just a little biased. Then again maybe he's just telling us what the Politian's don't want us to know, it does not just effect Japan but the whole planet, so where do we go to hide.
As an Asian friend of mine said, he has just stopped eating Sushi and prawns etc from Japan, China, and Thailand, as they will be contaminated, and he does not want to glow in the dark.
I think what hurts the image of articles like this is the frequent use of subjective terms like horrific, perched, devil's brew, etc. I don't doubt the urgency of what this article is conveying, but all the "dramatization" detracts (for me), the real facts and issues. Yep, because of the coastal nature of this location, I don't doubt the environmental impacts will be far worse than Chernobyl.
