Racing drivers beware

Hmmmmmm...how long B4 we see viewers at home driving the cars on the track?

What could possibly go wrong there?

As soulless as anything I've ever seen. But this would be perfectly aligned with the racer-wannabees that sit in front of the computer and "race".

Dont know about that Larry but I could see a grid full of these cars racing round a track without hitting each other. The technology to avoid collisions is already on road cars. God help us.

Agreed...but, I was thinking more about a "driver" blasting into 'turn one' (or where ever) going about 20 mph faster than he knew he should be going resulting in his car 'sliding up' into a car or two in the outside lane...that sort of thing.

Some 'master computer' somewhere may as well be "driving" every car in the race if all the tech nannies known to man are employed on each car thereby making it impossible for a driver to wreck one. DULLSVILLE! (What you'd essentially have THERE would be a carbon copy of the "race" conditions in the "Radiator Springs Racers" ride at Disneyland/SoCal for all intents and purposes! lol!)

I think it's fabulous every 18 year old could drive to work texting to their hearts content without worrying about who they were going to hit..........Hang on a minute, they do that now.
