If it's a rod-end bearing, and you can measure the size (do SPF use Imperial or Metric sizes?) then the following can probably help:-

Cobra Valley is selling a coil over upgrade and it comes with 12 mm bearings or 1/2 if you changed from the 12 mm . The bolt that goes through the shock and the A arm are the same bolt . So The front A arm bearing is 12 mm bore , just to guess the rear is probably metric as well 15 mm bore?
