Hallett Park. I don't know anything about it.

Its just east of Tulsa OK. (about 35mins)It is a 10 turn 1.8 mile road course that has lots of elevation change. In Car and Driver Magazine it was rated as the 3rd most difficult tracks to drive. It has off camber turns, decreasing radius turns and blind corners due to the hills.
Lots of fun, never boring , always changing and you can run it in either direction and each has its own personality. I love it ! Dont let the simple overhead fool you. Oh and there is no concrete,gaurdrails or such , just lots of tirewalls and some good runoff areas.
