SLC Insurance

anyone know who will write insurance for an SLC ? VIN number is not a Polk HDLI system so its hard to find a carrier. any help is appreciated.

You'll probably have to shop around a lot. Here I can insure a $100k slc (or cobra, or insert kit car here) for $700/yr, regardless of drivetrain and mileage. It took me a while to find a broke who'd take it and had a company that would underwrite it.

Haggerty will insure pretty much anything for agreed value - they may ask you to show them major receipts and will need pictures, but they have been very good to me over the years for the "toy" cars I've owned.

Check with Rally. They insure my Ariel Atom for $600 a year for $70,000 stated value that have some milage restrictions
