Not really a "replica" but the production version of the concept car. Ford has licensed the GR-1 to be built by Hi Tech and sold as a "Shelby" as was intended originally. The GR-1 was to use the 05-06 Ford GT suspension with a new chassis to follow up the GT.

Using the word "replica" takes up less headline space than "build a production version of the concept car"...which is why I used it! ;-)
