Superlite gated shifter

Anyone have pictures of Superlite gated shifter install from start to finish on a Graziano. Cable bracket and attach cables to shifter? I am changing from a stock shifter to gated.

Saw H shift into reverse using one hand. Put hand on base of lever and use thumb to flick up the reverse lockout.
I was this old when I learned this.

The gated shifter is a near "must" in my opinion. Well worth it. Has made shifting so much more predictable. Easy to install.
