So Thanksgiving is here… so I give thanks. This hobby of building a car is new to me. I am slowly learning to breath deep, and enjoy the ride. Every time I get frustrated, I look at the SLC and I am amazed with the quality of the car. So thanks to everyone that has been there to help, and thanks to Fran, Vicki and Dean for helping me complete my dream.

Thanks Mike! We all need to step back today and be thankful for a life that gives us the opportunity to be able to afford our dreams and enjoy this hobby. It can certainly be challenging at times but thats needed to appreciate the successes of a good day in the garage. Just remember when you are struggling and frustrated with parts or suppliers or tasks that you don't understand at first, this is suppose to be fun. Step back and appreciate the project.

It may be hard to stay focused when things start going south, But as one who has built a dream(GT-40 DRB#5), I can tell you there is so much pride when you do finish and drive it down the road, it is hard to think of those days!!
