Excellent experience on Singapore and Emirates here, also Qantas good. Don't have experience with the others.

My eldest just flew into and out of Seoul from HKG with Cathay. She thought they were brilliant and she's a silver card holder in BA who she thought were 'just awful' on the LHR - HKG- LHR leg. She has elected to go with Singapore on her next visit to Asia so I await to hear her report as she is a bit of a foodie as well.

If she flies Business Class she will love Singapore. I found the worst attitude on my last trip was from BA staff/stewards. The most inefficient Alitalia and the best Emirates, Singapore a close second.

She works for an American legal company and the clients pay for the air fare so by and large it's first though she might fly in business just occasionally. If she is holidaying on her own account it's usually travelling in third world.
