Thar rear airfoil's angle of incidence is so high I wonder if it is in stall?
Probably a good thing if the wings were stalled. Without a good splitter on the front, those wings can suddenly become your worst enemy…

If a wing is in stall, its only contribution is to add drag.
I get that - but if not stalled, it could well produce more downforce that wasn’t counterbalanced by a well tuned splitter on the front.
It sucks to not be able to steer your car at speed as I’m certain you’re aware…
 
Today at Spa, 4 mufflers, measured at 101db.

Yes, if the wing is mounted behind the rear axle. It would take wind tunnel data to determine how it would work with a particular shape of the front of the body- does the shape generate downforce?
