used SPF GT40 MkII with California SB100

I'm interested in buying a used SPF GT40 MkII 427 that is already registered with a California SB100 number. My understanding is there are issues taking a non-SB100 car that's bought already assembled from another owner, then trying to get it SB100 registered in California.

I may be interested in selling my supreformance MKII P2202 even though I don't want to... I just built it, but I could use the money these days... What price are you looking to spend? It has a Roush 427R 570 hp solid roller, AVON tires. The car has only 800 miles it... And yes it has a SB100.
