I think the one in your photo is a copy (or maybe the real thing) of the George Barris creation.

The original was created by Ghia and both were built from Ford's Lincoln Futura (they didn't have to change that much!)

Difficult to know if the car in the photo is the Barris car, but I would think not. I've seen a couple of "clones" of this model in the UK as well.

Believe it or not, I found websites selling Batmobile conversion kits!

But also I've serached some pics of the Futura...LOL..and its nearly identical.
Was a production car or just a concept? the design looks wonderful.
