Weber Emulsion Tubes

I mate of mine over here in Oz is getting near to the completion of his RF & will be using 48 IDA Webers.

He has asked me to see if anyone on the Forum knows where he can get :

"8 x F2 Emulsion Tubes - Part No. 61450.027"

I have no idea what they are, & Chris won't have access to the Forum for a couple of weeks, so if anybody can help in the meantime, it would be greatly appreciated.
