Hi I am trying to design a bracket to stop or reduce turning radis (my wheel hits on the inner panel?
I was hoping some might have a simalar problem?

Install a spacer/collar between the inner tie rod and the body of your steering rack..(on the shaft that slides in and out on your rack).......one on each side and you will limit the travel and create a steering rack travel/lock limiter

Thanks I pull the rack apart,and I will get them machined up,do you just use a grub screw to hold them on the shaft?
