Wheels for AK40

Did a quick search and didn't find anything but I am putting together pricing on an AK40 (and other kits) and Ak40 is one of the only ones that use the correct 6 pin drive hubs. Will the wheels from Vintage Wheels fit? Lots of things to consider besides pin diameter/backspace. I'm more concerned with the taper and hub bore for the centre lock hub. I believe Image wheels supplies Ak40 but I'm trying to source more of the parts that I can here in states to keep tariff prices down.

I would contact Vintage Wheels directly about fitment. I got a set of 6 pin wheels from them years ago for my SPF. Was very pleased. At that time the wheels were from South Africa. Unless the wheels are made in US you won't avoid tariffs. Buying from a retailer in US might avoid customs hassles. Some individuals importing parts are reporting misclassified tariffs with much higher than expected costs.

If you can get them with 4in back spacing they will fit. I think they can deliver to original spec 4.25” x6pin 1/2in diameter.

Vintage Wheels is who I used and he has the backspacing measurements for the Southern GT/AK40
