You can get a three piece version from image wheels in UK. Have a look at Brian Stewarts build thread as his wheels are image.

Nick, I believe that the 6 spoke/ 6 glass wheel will need a 6 pin hub. I cant remember off the top of my head but I think it is a 6 x 108mm PCD that was originally used. I'm sure someone will correct me.

I think Image Wheel only has 10 spoke, not 12

4.25” is 107.95mm, so very close to the 108mm

SGT hubs, ally uprights.

 

Original pattern wheels are also available in magnesium from Crosthwaite and Gardiner. Not cheap though.
