Not an SLC, looks like an 'aspira' to me! Is it the first of many or a collectors item?:)

From the emails i had from the pistonheads "write up" ....cough!.... who knows..
A few were asking if they could get this "complete IVAd" car in kit form..

Hi Craig,
Looks like Jack got the deal of the day! Funny I was just having this discussion last night, it is my desire was to have better (more) lighted surface on the back of my car (I think I talked to Jack about the same thing earlier).

So the question is - do both pods or rings of LEDs light up as running lights? The stock Dakota set only light one pod (about 4" dia) as the running light, the other side is back up lighting only.

Yes - The LED upgrade lights have both rings light up on running and doubles its intensity on braking. (both again) - these lights will have covered more than 8000miles so they are proven hehehehehehe

jack did you make a mounting box as yet for the rear lights....? If not hold fire because i am sure the rear profile is slightly different and may make a difference in how you mount or cover them...
The mounting points are the same as they are a straight swap on the dakota so no probs there.

cheers

edit: actually i will send the SLC aluminium mounting boxes in with the delivery as you maybe able to utalise them..

Craig your SLC rear end looks fantastic. No offence to the standard SLC but I think yours looks way better.

It wasnt done because i totally dislike the SLC race car on the road rear look - it was more a total need for Uk compliancy. Many areas changed hence why its now the Aspira F620.
