I showed the video to my father, he thinks the driver is Nigel Mansell. They gave him a different nationality to disguise him, but his constant complaining about his car and other drivers, even after wins, was famous.

Boy, you are right about Mr Mansell, I remember him winning pole after pole and race after race and yet he complained non-stop about the car.

Paul Newman said that Nigel was the best actor he ever worked with.
