R.I.P. however Tim I disagree that Australia has lost it's heart for boat people.
They get better treatment than our aged and infirm.
And they are illegals who are trying to jump the Que..

You get a prize for being forthright but as far as thread drift goes - 2nd prize only I'm afraid. I would add however that we have quite a large Somalian community here in London who also fled the strife and have been taken in, fed watered, accommodated and paid which is the right thing to do for victims of a tyranny.

Their children regretfully, must have learned some off piste skills back in the old country and now are part of the growing number of youth street gangs that infest our capital. They are very handy with knives. The tragic list of teenage victims grows by the hour. They are of course as much victims as anyone else but I have to ask - what is the point of it all?

If you feel strongly enough to stab a rival in the streets of a foreign country that feeds you and asks for nothing in return, would you not think that you could perhaps stay in your mother country and assist those that are fighting endlessly to rid your country of those that would usurp it's lawful government?

Does anyone get that?
