SLC? no, $200k Falcon

I know its not an SLC but this Falcon F7 youtube shows alot of the frame. Its interesting to see there modifications, like the front clip struts. That's gotta weigh a ton.

The LS376 model weighs in at 3050lbs and the carbon fiber-bodied LS7 model weighs in at 2850 lbs so it's def a lot heavier than an SLC. I'm curious to know which transaxle they're using.

Not exactly flying off the shelves....so "production" is not really too big of an issue.

Once more though following in the SLC footprints with Graziano

Not that this is the first time I have seen the Falcon but, it just occurred to me, did the Falcon influence the design changes to the front of the GTA.....

Not at all....in fact the owner of the Falcon personally told me how he did not like the Apex at all...

The chassis under the Falcon, as you may have noticed was built by Superlitecars though...so far more Superlite in the Falcon than Falcon in the Superlite...wink

Wow! Romania huh? Interesting 'logo' I wonder who they'll piss off the most.. Porsche or Ferrari?

This is probably very rude but where are the shafts for the horsepowers?

It is a nice looking Ultma if you like that sort of thing, but I would like to know what gearbox they are using that could handle the supposed 1750 HP?

This car seem very familiar to me, but I don't quite understand this power concept.
First, there is obviously a weak link in every drive train, and who makes a six-speed transaxle that would hold up to this kind of horsepower?

Second, who needs this kind of horsepower?
This car probably weighs in at some 2100 to 2200 Lb. With 50% of that horsepower, it would do everything 99% of us would ever want the car to do, street or track. If 550 HP will take the car to 200+ on the mulsanne straight at Lemans, why do you need over 1500? The rest is just "Willy-wagging."

Just my opinion, and YES, I must be getting old!

Apparently the Falcon, or one of them as I have no idea how many are out there, was just at the Barrett Jackson auction. Not sure if it sold or not. Found it on speedhunters website and it sounds as if they may be featuring the car soon.

Well, Dave, the "Thunderbird" is already taken so if you must have a bird, Falcon or Phoenix could be useful. Personally, I like things that have three letters.
