Tried Eastwood’s catalyzed spray can, did a pretty good job but the tip of my glove was not tight on my finger and over hung the nozzle causing a splatter on the top of the dash. My only complaint is you really have to lay on thick to get a nice finish to where you are at a point to where you think you will make a run.

After making 2 sets of louvers and adjusting the tools and methods, 3rd set is perfect. No tears at the edges of the louver.

Frustrating weekend but in the end got several projects done., my right rear hub has spline thread interference which took almost 5 hours of hand filling to fix, got the rear uprights reassembled brakes and wheels back on. Got one dash switch panel made.started the main panel. Made the rear sway bar with my sons help and his torch.

Sway bar design tweaked, no interference with upper link or inner clam shell walls, links near vertical. Made adjustment plates to allow for softer settings than original SGT sway bar. Will send for heat treat next week.

You may want to consider a more matt surface on the top of the dash and air vent. Because the screen is at a steep angle the dash top reflected in the screen on a sunny day can be be too much. My dash is leather covered and has a satin finish. It was bad on sunny days so I have a piece of black alcantara now and that has made a huge difference. Something black and with a matt finish will make a big difference to seeing out on a bright sunny day.

Not done much lately. So I discovered that the rear louver panels have a turned edge. So using a die based off the dims from my louver dies. Made quick work of making the edges turn with some wood and a maple mallet
