Yip been there, 3rd gear at about 110mph and still pulling like a train, ... good to know my rev limiter works ! Fitted a better throttle pedal stop cured mine, carb was opening to far and sticking wide open, still a bit of doubt there every time I floor it tho !!

Thanks Guys ... I was lucky to have a good and fair examiner who aloud be a few repairs at station ! Like headlight adustment, fuel mixture setting, speedo calibration and brake bias bar adjustment. He also did the DVLA inspection at the same time,in fact I have already received my 09 reg...

Thanks Guys, Should be able to make something out of that. Trouble I have is not being able to drive on the public roads until the car is tested ect ..... Spinning the wheel with my home made race bike starter the speedo reads 60 mph, hard to judge but the wheel looks like its doing...

Guys, Anybody got the dip switch settings for a 8 pulse RCR speedo ? Sensor is mounted on a front upright using the brake rotor bolts for a trigger signal. 15" BRM`s fitted with BFG`s Cheers ....
