6 speed UN1 drivability?

I did read the other tread here about 6 speed staight cut.

How is this box when you make gear shifts?

I have heared this about Quafe 6 speed straight cut dogbox transaxle:
If you forget to shift down into a intersection it will be stuck in that gear...
And that it is very hard to use on normal road driving.

Is it like this on the UN1 6speed straight cut box?

Is it someone thats knows how noisy this is compared to Quife or hewland then??
Is it possible to get in contact with one that have this in their car???

As yet no one has got the new 6 sp in a running car. You will have to wait and see. Jools will be bringing it to me to see hopefully this weekend but when he can fit it I don't yet know. He is a DJ and can't be rushed!

My Honda Accord has straight-cut gears for reverse, as do many other cars. Imagine what that gearbox whine will sound like all the time, under load and at high rpm. Fine for the track, highly annoying on the street.
