Hi Adrian,
the internal sponson radius is 1". As a reference you can use the internal rib FAV drawing in attachment. If you need the whole set of drawings they are posted somewhere on Grabcad library (for free).

Question for you, where did you get the clevis you're using in your rear suspension? I've been looking for something like that.

Hi Charlie, I made them some years ago. Not perfect replica but they should be good enough.
