If everything else has been optimised with the budget constraints then 2 seconds with a shift system is a long time...and It is certainly possible that the 01 will have it ....there is a flat shift option in the racelogic system installed....just need the transaxle to match it....wink..and thats on the way too...

I felt badly for them when I saw them attempting to run at the Shelby Club track event a few weeks ago. They would beat and beat on the car in the paddock, roll it out on track, it would be lightning-fast for a few laps, and then sputter to a halt for one reason or another--one stop resulting in major oiling of the track as a very big line let go in a big way.

Sigh....
